Our Founders
PROP1 was founded by Pieter Haggard and Michele Gilchrist, whose combined expertise and shared values continue to guide the company’s success.
Pieter Haggard, a qualified attorney, brings valuable legal expertise and a strong compliance focus to the real estate environment. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s legal, operational, and transactional standards, supporting systems and processes that promote professionalism, transparency, and regulatory alignment across all transactions.
With a background in education, Michele Gilchrist transitioned into the real estate industry in 2013, where she quickly established herself as a top-performing agent, earning numerous awards and recognition along the way. Her passion for people, property, and service excellence has been instrumental in the ongoing success and growth of PROP1 Property Group.
Together, they form a dynamic leadership team that supports their agents, builds lasting client relationships, and ensures that every interaction reflects the company’s core values.

- Xpello insurance to cover/assist with legal/eviction cost where applicable (T&C`s apply)
